Description: Almost all behavior is chosen. We are driven by our genes to satisfy basic needs. Our needs are survival, love, belonging, power, freedom and fun. The only behavior that we can control is our own. All we can give to another person is information.






Model: Effectiveness Training
Proponents: Thomas Gordon
Description: Talk to students as rational humans. Ages 0-5 are important for development. You are your experiences. Quality relation between teacher and student.
